4. SCS Community Hackathon April 2024

Dear Community,

we would like to invite you to our fourth Community Hackathon in Arnsberg. With great support from GONICUS we will further develop SCS with you.

Date and time

The fourth Community Hackathon will take place on Tuesday, 2024-04-16 from 10:00 to 19:00 CET. In the evening we will have a Get-together (see below).

For the evening of the 15th of April we booked seats at the R-Cafe in Arnsberg 18:30 CEST https://r-cafe.de/ booked on SCS - meet us there.

Arrival on April 16

We will meet at GONICUS GmbH in Kaiserhaus Neheim, Möhnestraße 55, 59755 Arnsberg.

We will start the hackathon with a short welcome round - if you want to join us, please arrive by 09:30.

Overnight stay

A contingent of rooms has been reserved at the Ibis Styles Hotel Arnsberg Sauerland from April 15 to April 17. The discount is only granted till the 31st of March, for all bookings after this date the full price must be paid.
You can access the contingent, and thus a discounted room rate, via mail: h7963@accor.com and referring to "GONICUS".

Program

The day will begin at 9:30 am with a short introduction of our hosts from GONICUS GmbH. We will then dive into the work phase.

As last year, we will follow the open space approach and take the law of two feet to heart:

If, during the course of the meeting, a person finds themselves in a situation where they are neither learning nor contributing, they can move to a more productive place. This is not only an accepted behavior, but a desired one.

Content this time comes from the SCS teams and will be announced shortly before the hackathon.

At 18:00 we invite you to present the results of the day.

Food and drink

Fruit and various chocolate bars will be available as snacks. There will be a lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00. We will make sure that vegan and vegetarian options are available. If you have an allergy, please let us know in advance!

After hacking, we have reserved a table for dinner at Boulevard 55, Möhnestraße 55, 59755 Arnsberg. So if you don't want to leave yet, but want to end the day together, you are cordially invited to come along, but food and drinks are no longer included in the evening (sponsoring is of course possible).

The security requirements of the venue require personal registration.

Please note that we will be taking photos during the event. If you do not agree to this, please let us know.
